Lisa M. Wolfe has been focused on fitness for twenty-two years. Her experience includes owning a gym, personal training, fitness instructing, developing new workouts such as YogaBand, writing courses for other fitness instructors, and choreographing exercise workout videos.

Lisa is the author of six fitness books: YogaBand, Save Time with Circuit Training, Off the Wall- Exercises for Climbers, Women with Balls, On a Roll- Using your Foam Roller, Enjoy the Ride- Exercises for Motorcyclists. She has written numerous fitness articles for magazine publications including her monthly column in
Cycle California.
